Your Group, Your Escape
Our fully stocked glamping tents provide an immersive outdoor experience, with all the comfort you need to unwind after a day of adventure. The Grove also offers a newly built bathhouse and ample outdoor meeting space, making it the perfect choice for groups of all sizes.
What We Offer:
The Grove is located on the outskirts of the quaint town of Battle Lake and across the road from Glendalough State Park. We are on five wooded acres that edge up to a creek where you can take your paddleboard right into Glendalough State Park. There is a bike path across the road from us that will take you all the way through the park or into town for ice cream and shopping.
During the day you can hike in the lush green woods of Northern Minnesota, paddle through many lakes and creaks, float down a lazy river, or spend the day at the beach. At night nature shows off here at The Grove, watch as the sky lights up with stars and the marsh comes alive with fireflies.
The property has an elegant bathhouse with two bathrooms, two shower rooms, and an outdoor sink for water or dishes. Each site has its own picnic table, twinkle lights, outdoor chairs, and a firepit. It is accommodating for couples, groups, or families. The spacious canvas glamping tents each have a queen bed and an option of two added cots that sleeps up to four people.
There is a pull barn on the property and a neighbor’s home on the south edge corner, a short distance from one of the tents, but each tent has plenty of space and beautiful views overlooking the marsh and woods.
We are dedicated to making your glamping or camping experience with us one of the best you ever had. Our five huge premium canvas tents are beautiful and well equipped with small and large comforts. Our campground boasts a luxury bathhouse with two beautiful bathrooms and showers with copper pipes and rain showers and lovely finishes. With your host being a Battle Lake native, she has grown up trapsing around Glendalough and the surrounding area and will provide you with all kinds of tips from fun things to do in town to canoe, paddleboard, kayak, and boat rentals, to the best spots in Glendalough. Come enjoy one of the best places to camp in the Midwest.
Glendalough State Park is nearly 2000 acres and more than nine miles of undeveloped shoreline and six lakes. There are miles of paved bike paths through the park that will lead you all the way to Battle Lake, a quaint nearby town that is bustling in the summers. There are numerous wonderful restaurants, bars, and even an iconic candy and ice cream shop that the whole family will love.
